Historical Role Play

Primary and Secondary

Qdos performers can input into themed historical events and offer the opportunity for ‘in role’ characterisation to add to the authenticity of your schools event.

"Qdos Creates did a great service to the children of Worsbrough Dale and Worsbrough Common. The team worked hard in engaging them with the history of St Thomas’ Church, Worsbrough Dale, that was caught up with the social history of this part of Barnsley and wider a field with the production of ‘The Church on the Hill’ whether it was life in the pits or life during the war.

The production ‘The Church on the Hill’ was an evocative play of music, dance and mime of the church that stood through social upheaval and industrial life, playing its part in people’s lives, bringing the message of faith in the living God through the cross of Christ, with the constant Christian hope for those who witnessed the landscape and their life changing through the years.

Qdos Creates are to be congratulated for their work with the community and I wish them well in their future projects in the community."
